What is the certificate redeemable for?
This certificate is redeemable for a reservation form, offering two adults ages 21 or older to 5 days and 4 nights at the destination of choice in Hawaii. At the time of booking your reservations, a US $139 per person reservation and processing fee, double occupancy, is required and is payable to the fulfilling travel agency that will book your reservations. Additional nights are available at $99 per night. Additional travelers require a $35 per person surcharge. Resort accommodations are available year round, subject to availability and a minimum 30-day advance notice. Reservation requests made less than 30 days in advance of arrival are accepted based on availability and subject to a $49 surcharge. In most cases you will be required to give the travel agency multiple travel dates just in case your 1st requested travel dates are not available. Group travel requires a $49 per person surcharge. Transportation, taxes, gratuities, meals, and other expenses are not included with this offer.
How do I redeem my certificate and what happens after I redeem it?
You can redeem your certificate either by mail, fax or online. Simply follow the directions on the certificate or on the website to redeem your certificate. When you redeem your certificate you will receive a reservation form in the mail to book your reservations with the travel agency listed on it.
